Maja Duncan, RMT

Maja is experienced in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions from sports-related injuries to postural-related issues. She has particular interest working on chronic neck/upper back/shoulder issues. Maja uses a combination of treatment approaches that include soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization, neuromuscular re-education, to treat and educate her patients. She draws from her education in L.A.S.T (Ligamentus Articular Strain Technique), NKT level 2 (Neurokinetic Therapy), MLD level 1 (Manual Lymph Drainage), Reconditioning etc. And Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (CSCS) to better assess, understand movement quality and strategies. Her goal is to empower each client to better understand and their bodies.
